Product Returns

Orders are made to your specification and/or personalised by you, consequently you may not cancel the order once you have placed it and unfortunately no refunds or returns can be offered. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or does not meet our standards, a refund may only be given at the discretion of Printed Banners & Signs. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.

All reasonable efforts shall be made to obtain the best possible colour reproduction but variation is inherent in the print process and it is understood that PBS are not required to guarantee an exact match in colour between the customer’s artwork and the finished printed product, particularly if Pantone colours are not supplied.
